How quickly will my order ship?

Please allow an average of 1 to 2 business days to process, fill, and prepare your order for shipment. All orders will be shipped USPS priority unless otherwise requested.
Is there local in-person pickup?

Local picktup is an option and can be chosen in the order checkout screen. Local Store Information will be sent via email confirmation when your order is ready for pickup. Hours of operation for pickup are twice a week, Wednesday and Saturday 12 P.M. – 7 P.M.
What is the RETURN policy in the age of Covid-19?

Due Covid-19, we are not accepting returns. As a precaution we are doing everything we can to protect our staff and customers by complying with the CDC regulations regarding Covid-19.
What are the candle burns times?

SMALL 4 ounce candle 25 hours. MEDIUM 9 ounce candle 64 hours. LARGE 16 ounce candle 88 hours. *All times are approximate.
What are the candles made of?

Wax, wicks, and scent. No dye added. (paraffin & soy blend)
Why don’t candle makers add a lot more fragrance?

There is a maximum amount of fragrance that can be added to a candle before it no longer burns properly. A lot of scent can cause a big fire!
How can you achieve a good burn pattern?

All candles are not Elodia's Candles, so from the jump, they are not created equally. Some candles are also just poorly made in the first place and will probably tunnel no matter what you do. The first burn sets up everything. To get the BEST from your Elodia candle, the 1st burn should definitely be longer than 15 or 20 minutes. The longer your candle burns, the bigger the opening for future use. Melt all the way to the edge. Once the candle has formed a melt pool all the way to the edge of the container, that will help set the burn pattern.
Are scented candles triggers for asthma or allergies?

Tons of people regularly use scented candles without any negative effects, it's always possible that a particular fragrance might trigger a reaction. Individuals with known sensitivities to specific fragrances may want to avoid candles of those scents. Please burn all candles, whether scented or unscented, in a well-ventilated area.
What is the alcohol content of the room sprays?

0%. There is no alcohol used in the room sprays.
Can the sprays be used for the body?

No. It is not recommended. These are for home use or car use. * These are not essential oils and SHOULD NOT be used on the skin
What are wax melts made from?

The same thing as the candles, (paraffin & soy blend) wax and fragrance. No dye added.
Recycled Jars

We appreciate recycling. Please follow these simple rules: Jars should be clean. Clean jar at the end of your last burn for best cleaning results. Simply wipe with a CLOROX wipe. Jars should be accompanied with a clean lid. 5 jars = one small candle 10 jars = one medium candle
